Which distro to use on notebook?

Hi all! I've got a Mitac Pentium 233 MMX/2GB HDD notebook and I don't know what distro to use. Could anyone help to make a choice, please? Thanx.

Nowadays most of the Distros come with apmd and a very good hardware detection. Pick a distro you like.
But you better not install KDE or Gnome. It won't run on a 233. Use fvwm and you will be fine.

KDE 3.1 is currently running on a P90 with 128 megs of ram at my house, and on a p133 with 96megs of ram.
So yes it will run on a 233 and if there's a good amount of ram, it'll be useable.

Mind you, I'm not saying its my choice when running those machines (blackbox all the way for me), but it does run and it useful...
