Which distro is the best and includes 3d accel?

Hi i am new to linux and i found kororaa with the fancy 3d effects. it freezes on my computer quite frequently and i was wondering if there are any distros with 3d accel. and are suitable for newbies. I just recently found out that kororaa is not the only distro that has 3d accel but i cant seem to find any other one. can some please help me?

I have a pentium 4 proccessor, ATI Radeon X300 SE PCI-E graphics card, 200 GB hard drive. I hope thats all you need.

3d acceleration is not based on your Distribution, but on your graphics card and it's driver.

Installing your ATI driver "will" enable 3D acceleration.

and for NVIDIA people goes the same.

Do in terminal:

glxinfo | grep direct

if it says:

direct rendering: Yes

your fine, if it says NO, something is wrong.

Yes, if you install the ati drivers then you'll have 3d accelleration.

Download them here:

ATI DRIVERS

Pick Linux x86 or Linux x86_64 .. pick the first if your 32bit user, the 2nd for 64 bit.
