Which distributions do not support --full-time for ls (ls --full-time)?

I am interested in knowing which distributions do not support the --full-time option for the ls command. I have checked a couple and find that it is apparently a quite common option. The interest is in getting the date and time of modified files, regardless of year of modification, and regardless of distribution of Linux. The ls -la command returns the date and time for files modified within the current year, but files that were modified in previous years will show the year modified in place of the time. If --full-time is implemented in all Linux distributions, then it would be a better substitute. Otherwise, is there a better choice that is implemented in all Linux distributions? The intent is to have a software package work regardless of which system it connects to.

Thanks to those that respond!
