Kernel 3.18 was released only 16 days ago, and as far as I know it hasn't been adopted by any distribution.
Any distribution based on a recent, unpatched kernel should be able to use 3.18 as a drop-in replacement, provided the same settings are used when compiling the new kernel.

I think AchLinux and Gentoo support them.

Distrowatch has a search page
http://distrowatch.com/search.php
The first option is a package search, and selecting "linux 3.18.1" shows Paldo and PCLinuxOS are using it, and it's in the experimental repos for Fedora, Gentoo, and Mageia.
Simple!

3.18 is available in Debian Experimental repository also, I see (you're tempting me to try it).
