What about Suicide Linux? According to their page at SourceForge:
"Encourages users not to misspell commands. Idea from http://qntm.org/suicide. Project modifies terminal configuration such that any incorrect/unknown commands inputted will delete all data on the hard drive (rm -rf /)."
