What distribution has XSupplicant integrated for 802.1x authorization?

I have a windows-laptop that I am bout to convert to Linux. The problem is that my only web-connection is through a LAN that uses 802.1x authorization for access, and hence I have no access to the network before I have authorized. That means, I cannot download what I need to make XSupplicant compile correct, or work out problems and bugs durion installation through donwloading lib's and HOWTO's as I go. And it is hopeless to boot into Windows everytime I need something.

Is there a Linux distribution I can install that has XSupplicant integrated, so that I can get access to net directly after installation?

I request the XSupplicant authorizer, because that's the one my University gives configuration scripts for (that I can insert directly in the .conf file). Another authorizer would (probably?) mean too much work to get everything set up. I have never configured an 802.1x access authorization before.

Anyone in possession of this knowledge?

SUSE Linux 10.0 retail includes a network configuration utility that can set up WEP, WPA-PSK, and WPA-EAP out of the box. (I am not so sure regarding the other versions like Open SUSE, etc. since I have not used them. I strongly suspect they do, but I am not sure.) I outline a sample configuration in this post:

I do not know if that is exactly what you were looking for, but it should be at least a start.
