Wassup w/ Chakra Linux...?

Hi ppl

I have been studying Arch Like distributions, and one that I have noticed is Chakra Linux:

It is basically an Arch with a Kde 4.x on top ... still in the alpha 4 release...

Has anybody here tinkered with it already...?

Of course. Chakra is Arch+KDEMod. I haven't tinkered with chakra Live CDs yet but I did play with kdemod.
Check out our ArchBang as well.

Before Chakra there was simply kdemod. Back in the days of KDE 3.5.x I used it quite a bit. The first version of kdemod for kde 4.x did not work well, and I have not been back to try later versions. Given the size of KDE 4.x, I'd be interested to see how they're doing.
