Has anyone used Ututo? If you have can you give me your opinion of it? Also, I read on wikipedia that all of the docs are in spanish?

So I went to Ututo's website and just like I read, everything is in spanish which makes sense since it is from Argentina. I couldn't find any reviews for it except 2 on distrowatch that are 5 years old.
