there should be a step in the installer that asks about where you want to install.

if you really installed linux on the same partition where windows was, then windows is gone now.
btw, linux doesn't use letters for drives (C:, H:...) but more sth like /dev/sda1, /dev/sdb2...

fedora is installed in same drive, when I turn on the system there is menu to choose the os to boot. if I choose windows 8.1 it is booting well no issue, when I choose fedora it is not even booting showing some error "The application or OS is not booting, the required file is deleted"...so I want to uninstall fedora.
I posted this question in windows forms, they guide me to post in linux forums...how to uninstall fedora if not even booting ?

there is no way to formally unistall any os that i am aware of. you simply install over it. (perhaps you can boot a live-usb and use something like gparted to delete the partition and have the windows partition absob the remaining space.

You can
1. Try reinstalling Fedora: there's obviously something missing. When you boot from the Fedora installation disk, it gives you the chance to check the disk and make sure that it's OK first.
2. Use the live Fedora disk to run Gparted.

...you cannot "uninstall" it.
but you can empty the partition it was installed to and use it for data again.
this is best done by booting up a live medium (cd or usb or dvd) that contains gparted.
with the software "gparted" you have to locate the partition in question and format it to ntfs (windows compatible) format.
this might leave you with a broken bootloader (usually "grub" on linux), i'm not sure.
in that case you might have to use some windows tool to restore the windows bootloader.
i hope this helps.
