Insufficient information, we cannot guess what went wrong or what did you miss. What did you download exactly, how? Did you check the result? How did you burn it exactly? Logo shows and goes into Windows means (probably) there was nothing to boot from that device, but without details hard to say more.

Did you set USB high in the boot order?

Downloaded the 2.59G .iso from nxos.org
nitrux-nx-desktop-20221102-amd64
Burned it to USB device with BalenaEtcher.
Checked MD5 and SHA1 and everything is okay there.
Did previously make 55G of space for installation on the SSD.
Boot the image and get Nitrux screen but selecting it goes nowhere, except back to Windows10.

@wpeckham - never did that for other distros.
Did try tho.
And then also tried all the other Nitrux options available at boot.
Still end up at Windows10.

My hunch is it's a corrupt .iso, pure and simple.

Just downloaded and installed Q4OS without a problem.
Will wait a few days before giving Nitrux another shot.

It was unclear to me that installs did work for other distributions.
Sorry if that was wasted effort.
I stopped multi-booting with Windows when Win-8 came out. Since then I might multi-boot Linux distributions, and sometimes with other operating systems (BSDish, KolibriOS, FreeDOS, etc), but nothing Microsoft. For running Microsoft I either dedicate the machine or use virtualization, and even then only reluctantly.
