Trasparent Windows & Menues
 
Ok, I can make the task bar in KDE trasparent, (anyone can) so so do I make my program windows trasparent and say the KDE menue it self?

I have see-thru menus...........I can even change the color of these menus also..........but, see-thru taskbar I could care less about.........

I had to "edit" the code of Mosfets HP Liquid to achieve this.......
but it's open source, and it looks great for my box........

cool i got the menue trasparent, now how do I get the say the stuff in the task bar and the open windows that i have trasparent, Also is there a way to have the stuff on the task bar sit next to eachother like windows or like lycoris?

I don't know about making windows transparent (transparency in X is a bit of a hack right now - true alpha blending is coming soon though) but to make the panel transparent, right-click it, select configure panel, go to the Appearance tab, and you will see the transparency option for the panel there. As far as making it more Windoze-like (as in making all of the program buttons line up in a SINGLE row), right-click the panel, select panel menu, Size, and then tiny. This will give you a Windows-style "taskbar"
