The Chinese Linux Distributions

Well, I thought I'd make another thread that could potentially be a bit more suitable...

If I just flat-out installed a Chinese-version of Linux (e.g. Red Flag, Hiweed, etc.), then those programs would of course have some English-to-Chinese software preinstalled, right?

Couldn't tell you off-hand, but seeing as Red-Flag (for example) is designed by the Chinese, for the Chinese I would guess not. But, if you can navigate around the Chinese language, you may be able to download some program. Red-Flag is rpm based, I believe.
