Suse Enterprise is a commercial, pay-for distro..are you going to be paying for it?? And did you even look at Suse's website??? http://suse.com???
What, exactly, do you need help with?

Yes I know this is a commercial version, the problem is that this is not longer in SUSE.COM because is out of support.
I need ISO in order to install it.

The LAST update of SLED 11 (SP4) was in 2015, so almost 5 years ago and it has been out of general support since 31 March 2019. It was succeeded by SLE 12 and then by SLE 15, which both are still available from their website.
Code:

(from the time we were still using SLED 11 on our university desktops).
As it's out of support no updates are available anymore, unless you bought LTSS
You can still BUY Long Term Service Pack Support (LTSS) for 11, which gives you three more years support, so until 31 March 2022
