SuSE 9.1 Pro DVD problem
Hello everybody
I recently purchased a SuSE 9.1 Pro DVD and was having trouble installing it.
The DVD seems to start up ok (but pretty slow) and I am able to enter the setup options fine, however, when I'm done setting up all the options and go to install, the DVD seems to freeze.
It goes to the install page and starts up the slideshow, but the progress bar on the top right stays at 1%. Somebody suggested that I do a firmware update for my DVD drive, but I cant seem to find any..
My DVD drive is a JLMS XJ-HD166S DTS5
Emachines computer model #T2482 - original parts except ATI 9600 Pro 256 MB Video card
