hi i am elie
i own this small business local area network
and i am using linux 7.0 for the front server.
the problem is i have heavy users and they are using all the banwidth with no controle .
there is this cbq.init in which i can manage and roule or chape the network in a matter that i can limit the speed for each user .
this famuse cbq how do we install it ? .how do we start or run it ?.
and how do we configure it so for each user is allowed do downstrem 10kbps .
i am shure that i can get answers heer, plz help ,no body i know is familiar with linux in lebanon i am despert . i cant go on with my business this way without bandwidth controle .i have good thrust in linux and i am 1000% shure that cbq is my waythrou.

Why would you create anotehr post as the same as you previous, and if there is still a problem why would you not continue in your original post?
Also to mention, try to use better thread titles. "sos i need help" might work for you but you know how many members use that. using a specific thread title usually will help speed up your replies cause it helps members when browsing the forum know what your specific problem is.
Also using sos, urgent, etc.. usually frustrates members when they see this as it might be urgent and you might need a quick reply as fast as possible but it doesn't matter to us. Its a free forum, we can't garantee yours will even be answered at all.

i was surfing and i sow this head line (bistribution)
i thaught heer where i should adress my questions concerning red hat .it is not that mara didin't help me or opening onother post that is not the way i am looking for . i am new in linux and iam trying every possible way to learn about it so if i donne something wrong forgive me .
and calling mara an angel yes she is because she was trying to help me in eny way while i am not used to be helped from eny body that easy in my country if some one know some thing he will never give it for free .
i am graitfull to you all at least you answerd me even so it was a litell bit with a strong accent .
what i need from all of this is to know about linux the wright thing in the wright way whith the wright persons , and i beleve for the first step i found these persons . and you tell what should i do to get what i want , i dont whant to do eny more mistakes.
