Question Small linux Distribution with tomcat

i need a small linux dist (about 10-20MB)
with ability to run my CLI c++ program and
ability to run Tomcat.

i want to read some data from hardware
and show them with a jsp page with tomcat.

Is that a typo -> 10 - 20 MB? Tomcat needs Java and on my box the stuff under the JDK's jre/lib directory is 90MB. Looking at the jdk/lib directory there's 9MB of files. Add to that a few MBs in the bin directories plus the Tomcat install (about 16MB but you could remove the docs and samples) - that doesn't leave any room for the OS.

Can you describe your setup some more? Is there another way to approach this?

Oh, i forgot to calculate the space that JDK need.
so i must change my setting here.
OK, i change my question in this way:
is there any small linux distribution that have jdk and tomcat

i must write a system to access some hardware by ISA slot,
read some data (fast read) and finally show them with jsp

kernel, linux, tomcat
