Slax 9,2,1 Wifi

Hi,

I burned the Slax 9,2,1 on a DVD to try it live.
It seems to be based on debian now.
There is a web browser, however I did not see any Wifi manager so
I can connect myself. There is no point to have a web browser without
a Wifi connection.

I'm not familiar with programmation matters, and my knowlege of terminal
commands are limited.

Thank you!

I saw this question after I saw that slax is back (yay)
Since this is my first post I can't put in a url but The guy answered in his blog on slax dot org today how to do it (the blog post dated today November 17, 2017)

To quote him

Quote:

If you are looking for a GUI to configure your wifi network, you may try

apt install network-manager-gnome
nm-applet &

Or better (half download, only 50MB):

apt install wicd
wicd-gtk -t &
So, you install these from the terminal.
