How to disable changing the sender address From: in sendmail 8.13

example,
i'm using microsoft outlook2003 as amail client configured either pop3 or imap to connect to the sendmail server ,

there is a possibility to change the from address and the full name and use the credentials and send emails using an alias name
is there any possibility to prevent this from sendmail.mc, then compile the file.
