Seeking (Slackware based) PPC LiveCD/DVD Distro to run sshd on...

I need to run a PPC based (Power5 IBM) Distro, Slackware-Based preferred, that will let us run sshd w/ (s)ftp so we can tar, move, and drop files from one system to another, both of which are currently unable to boot as their boot volumes are repurposed on the SAN...

ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

I tried a few, and most links are broken for a Knoppix-like LiveCD for PPC (only CLI needed from what they stated they [our programmers] needed). An old PPC Gentoo starts to boot, but the seq stops when it says "Starting"(, if I recall from rush at the end of the day yesterday).

Porteus is Slackware-based.

http://porteus.org/

I can't speak to the architecture issue. The website says

i486 or better, Pentium or AMD are both OK.

I believe Power5 is 64-bit? According to Distrowatch, that is only supported by Gentoo and the BSDs. If you could accept a 32-bit solution, that would allow Debian or Yellow Dog. No Slackware, I'm sorry to say.

@Frank You can see the architecture: Intel and AMD are not PPC!

Indeed this was a good option, but the Gentoo didn't fully boot... started to look good, but failed when starting up some final Daemons? I only really know Slackware, and they found a RHEL liveCD that worked, so I didn't check back until now, and responses were not very quick...

Thank you for your suggestions.
