RH 7.3 Linuxconf POP3 account manager replacement?

I upgraded to RH 7.3, and discovered that there was no Linuxconf, which I used to manage the POP3 mail accounts on our server (passwords, aliases, mail forwarding). I haven't found any program in 7.3 to replace this functionality. Does anyone know of a 7.3 program for managing POP3-only mail accounts?

You can try webmin I believe as linuxconf is unstable and buggy, hence one of the reasons why it isn't installed by default anymore. www.webmin.com
