redhat 9.0 dual, boot What happened to ntlrd?

I have win2k Advanced Server installed on my primary hard drive then I installed red hat 9.0 on my secondary hard drive. everything works fine I get a neat little red hat boot menu and I can boot to either. Now I would like to remove the hard drive that red hat is installed on to put in another computer (hard drive cratered and I'm waiting for the manufacture to replace it) tried to pull it out and reboot to the win drive but I get the ntlrd missing message. what did red hat do with my nt boot files and how do I get it back?

redhat 9.0 boot

I have already tried the ERD route - no good - of course I didn't make my disk until after redhat was installed. at any rate it seems to me that i ran into a similar problem a few years back, I was able to load win98 through a lilo boot disk. I don't find anything in this version of redhat that even looks like I can make a floppy to boot with, when I installed redhat I made a boot floppy but all it will do is boot to the linux partition. is it possible to this in this version of redhat?
