red hat linux latest distro


hi...i m preparing for rhce302 exam
can anyone tell me which is the latest version of red hat operating system ,,,and from where i get free download that latest version of red hat... that prepare me for the lab test that has been the part of rhce302 exam???

RHEL is not free. But for the preparation of your test it should be sufficient to use CentOS, it is an exact clone of RHEL (except the branding), and CentOS is free.

Here are some details about the RHCE exam.

Note that CentOS has not yet released v6.0 yet but that may not be required. A quick perusal of the page listed above did not immediately state which versions of Red Hat apply to the test.

thanks to all for giving me your solutions......can anyone tell tranning is requires for passing the rhce302 exam or should i opt for self-study....i m little bit frendly with linux....i m confused about that,, wheather opt for tranning or not...is self study proved to b sucessful or not.

If you have to ask which version is the current and where to get it I would strongly recommend to go for the training. Seems to me that digging out information is not your strong side.
