I have RH7.2 and 7.3, and I'm going to try using RH7.2 for now, and if that works, then RH7.3 How many more resources does RH9 require? My computer I'm putting Linux on is only 200mhz....

Since Red Hat Linux 8.0 and 9 use Unicode by default (an UTF-8 locale), many ordinary utilities and applications will run significantly slower compared with 7.3 unless you revert to a non-UTF-8 locale. Memory usage has increased, too. 128 MiB of RAM would be the minimum for running a graphical desktop. It depends on how you want to use your 200 MHz machine. I would stick to 7.3 if it's going to be a (headless) router or small server.
Consider installing RHL 9 alongside your current installation, just to try it out yourself.
