Question concerning Wubi Linux
I heard about a linux distribution called Wubi that is based on Ubuntu that runs as a virtual os. Once I installed it, I didn't exactly know what to do with it. Am I supposed to boot up on it?
If so, how? Sorry, this may be a very obvious question, but I have pretty much no experience in this field.
Thanks in advance.

if the install went OK, select ubuntu at the boot screen, after running the install the computer needs to restart by itself, do not use reset button or power off manually. doing so will not let you into ubuntu.

Hello penguinlinux. I myself have used Wubi in Windows before I switched over to full time Ubuntu. What you do is download Ubuntu, follow the installer, and then after it installs, reboot Windows. You'll be presented with a screen that asks you what operating system you want to load. If you want to load Windows, Select Windows XP. If you want to boot Ubuntu (or KUbuntu, or Xubuntu), select the Ubuntu OS. that's all there is to it . Best of Luck.
