Publishing an App in Pop!_Shop (Pop!_OS)

I'm interested in publishing an app in Pop!_Shop, but I'm actually not finding anything online about where submit/publish anything.

I do see that a lot of apps in Pop!_Shop are installed via Flatpak, so does that mean I need to publish my app to Flatpak instead?

Anyone got any guidance on this? I'm just looking for where to publish. I don't really need any development help; unless there are specific details/advice you'd like to pass on.

Flatpak Applications - The Pop!_Shop also references Flathub applications hosted on FlatHub.org.
AppStream Data from Third-party Repositories - Applications will appear in the Pop!_Shop if the user configures third-party repositories in Repoman, and the application provides AppStream metadata to the Pop!_Shop.
