Problems with text displaying in Terminals (Suse 8.1)

Hi,

I have some problems with the text displaying in a terminal in SuSe Linux 8.1. When scrolling remain a lot of tracking black points in tha place where the text was.
If I move another window over the terminal window, the text is a again OK, without black points. This is very annoying.

Can somone tell me witch can be the reason?

Thanks a lot.
Mihail

Hi,

I have the same problem and this happens not only in the xterm, but also in other windows like xemacs and other editors. This seems to be a problem with the fonts. The proble is independent of the Window Manager I use (i tried KDE, GNOME, IceWM).
