Need help picking distro for industrial automation

Hi!

Need help with finding a suitable distro for my industrial automation projects.

Requirements:
  • Long term support
  • RT-preempt kernel (not newer than 3.2)
  • e1000e driver
  • Intel Atom support

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Centos really seem like the way to go. Stable and long time support.

The problem is that I cant find any info regarding an older rt kernel.

Found the mrg repo for centos 6. But that was kernel 3.6.

Does anyone know of a similar repo for centos 5?

Also you may take a look at "Scientific Linux" and "Red Hat", which both (along with "CentOS") are of the same nature.
