MOPSLinux 6.2.2 -- anyone ever used it?
 
Anyone here use, or ever used, MOPSLinux?

I'm curious. It looks cool, and it's based on Slackware 32bit (didn't check which version the latest MOPS is based on).

And, as it defaults to Russian, I figure it might be a novel way to get some hands-on Russian reading practice.

Thoughts, anyone?

MOPSLinux 6.2.2 (current version) is based on slackware 12.2, but it have much more newer software, as for example KDE 4.3.1, OpenOffice 3.1, Gajim 0.12.5, and so on.

MOPSLinux 6.2.2 - first multilingual release, wich contains localization and settings for: Russian, Ukrainian, English languages. New localizations is ongoing, and contributors are welcome :)

You can brouse complete packages info at: mopspackages DOT ru (multilanguage site interface).

And also you may be interested in current MOPSLinux 7.0 Alpha 3:

In few days MOPSLinux 7.0 Alpha 3 x86 and amd64 will be released.
