Mepis and Simply Mepis
I going to install Mepis Linux but I need to know what is the difference between Mepis and Simply Mepis.

not. mepis provides two versions

simply and pro

pro is for production? -- it's their testing release

simply is their stable release

I know it uses apt get, but does it have synaptic already installed or do I have to install that my self?

Why not have a look at the MEPIS site for yourself and see which fits your needs and what's included.

i used pro, it had all the apps i needed, such as mplayer, full KDE support, music players, bittorrent clients, the works. but im on ubuntu now, not as much software, so ubuntu isnt as bloated (not that mepis is very bloated)

From my understanding, "pro" stands for "Professional" and not "production." Pro includes GNOME and KDE and extra office apps, while SimplyMepis focuses on a basic desktop. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me!

There are also more developer apps available on Pro.
