Mandy 9 via FTP?
 

Hey guys, does anyone know if it is possible to install Mandrake 9.0 from an FTP source? Basically, I would like to upgrade my 8.2 server :p

I'm not quite sure, but can't you just download it and burn it to c.d, then install all the packages you need from there....

My burner isnt setup in my Linux box :(

If you have your Mandy 8.2 box connect to the internet, you should be able to 'update' from an ftp source, and set the ftp source to be that which contains all the Mandy 9.0 RPM files..... I think it should work in theory, but practice is often a very different beast!
