mandrake server 9.1

i have installed mandrake 9.1 as a server, the linux box is to be used as a standard home server. the uses consist of file sharing, Internet sharing, e-mail retrieval. i have installed the necessary software, the dhcp wizard wont load. i have installed the wizard as i was prompted there are other wizards which won't load either. i am also trying to set up Internet connection via and adsl (usb) modem and i can't get it to dial out.

can anyone please help

dhcp wizzard? When you said it won't load, what do you mean? Do you get any error messages? Where do you go and load it? From the Mandrake control center? If so, try this:

open a terminal window and run the mandrake control center like so:

mcc (enter)

That way, when you click on a wizzard and something goes wrong (or just doesn't happen) you might see an error message in the window. This will help diagnose your problem further.

normally i load the wizard from the mcc. i tried to load it the way you said and nothing still seems to happen. the wizard never loads nopthing is displayed on the screen. the hard dish light flashes on the computer for a while but then nothing happens. no error messages are isplayed either
