Well you'll have to be more specific. Like lreyes6 said, just about all distros come with some kind of MTA. Sendmail is usually enabled as the default, but most installation CDs include Exim and Postfix. You can install a version of linux and have Sendmail up and running in about 5 minutes. The only issue is it probably won't do all of the things you want it to do. Like oh I dunno, RELAYING.
