You can use Ubuntu 8.04, 8.10; Linux Mint 5.1 or 6rc1
I'm sure there are others but I have these running on laptops using the drivers for your system.

Hi There Bud.

I am using PC Linux OS Minime 2008 and I ran a quick search for you in Synaptics the package manager. I found 2 packages

1) Firmware for the bcm43 chip
This package contains the firmware files for the bcm43xx chip, which is
used in wireless network cards.

2) Tool to extract firmware for Broadcom 43xx network chip
Fwcutter allows you to extract the firmware required for Broadcom 43xx chips
out of the .sys files commonly available with the card or on the internet.

Once extracted, place all .fw files into /lib/firmware.

So PCLOS in this version supports your card at least in theory ;).

Try it I think its GREAT. Using it on new and old machines. There are few tiny anoying things in it but once you will to know the OS its really cool :D.

Here is the review.
