I'm booting Knoppix 4.0.2 and it always freezes after disabling irq #3 (sata_sil).

I've tried all commands, including failsafe.

I've tried the following options:
pci=biosirq
pci=bios
atapicd
nodma
noscsi
noapic
acpi=off
(there many be others I'm forgetting.)

I've also tried disabling irq #3 in the bios.

I've confirmed that irq #3 is the SATA Controller (3112A?). I've run into problems with the controller while installing Debian, so it doesn't surprise me that I would with Knoppix too.
