kde libraries on Debian SID

Hi!!

I've posted this on general forum too (I haven't seen this forum)...

Does any of you recognize this messages? when I write:

apt-get install kde (on a Debian SID)

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

Sorry, but the following packages have unmet dependencies:
kde: Depends: kdelibs3 but it is not going to be installed
Depends: libkmid or
...
...
...
like this for many packages...

what can this be??

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

Try apt-get install kdelibs3, and if you encounter a problem, retry with the packages that have problems...

But when I tried to install KDE 3.1, I had to completely remove kde, and install kde 3.1 after.
