Irritating problem with suse

hi there,

I was wandering around pcworld and bought a copy of suse on impulse, anyway it's installed and everything is good except as soon as x loads it shifts the screen way over to the left, meaning that i have adjust the screen.

I have had to move the screen about a bit with every other distro that i have messed about with but this is a case of moving it about 15%

it's not a big problem but it's irritating!

Open up Yast, and set up your screen that way. You should have the opportunity to shift the dislay right or left during the setup.
