ipcop-1.4.0b5 dial up problem

Hi,

I've recently build IPCop-1.4 ISO image(based on LFS). Then I've installed it and configured it.
My problem is that when I try to open the ADSL connection through IPCOP web interface, nothing happens except the following message in /var/log/messages:
Code:
IPCOP dial failed: -1
I think the problem comes from CGI scripts or user permissions. As a matter of fact, when you try to locally run the command to start ADSL (/etc/rc.d/rc.red start)... that's OK. When you do it with CGI, it fails.
I suppose that's a permission problem, but how I solve it???
