All the info you need is the readme file. Read it.
You should download the RPMs for the RedHat kernel you are running and follow the instructions in the readme file. You can find out which kernel you are running by typing uname -r at the command line.

Download the NVchooser.sh and from a console in the directory you downloaded the above do:
sh NVchooser.sh
and it will tell you what files you need to download.

You can always choose "source" both for GLX and kernel module. And it will be better (read: will work faster).
