If you know how to use a search engine and search for "Igelle Linux" you'll find it was considered unstable by their own developers in 2009, that at that time it had a small forum, that it isn't based on any other Linux distribution, that Distrowatch lists it as discontinued since the last nfo update in September 2010, that it uses a kind of EULA and that there are hints about possible violations of the GPL.
