I haven't received my Mandrake CD's

I pre-ordered Mandrake 9.0 prosuite cds set + dvd since October 1st.
Shipping started last week, but I haven't received mine and I have written three times, but I've got no response from Mandrakestore people.

Have you ordered mandrake from mandrakestore? If so, have you received your package?

I'm a little bit disappointed with mandrake, not because of the delay, but because of the lack of contact with customer :mad:

I ordered about the same time you did and I STILL haven't received my software. But they have my money. They have answered my emails, the last one two weeks ago said they were shipping it ASAP.

So where is it?

Maybe something like this should be taken up with Mandrake themselves..

I've just recently seen posts from people who are beginning to get them.

Don't worry, they'll come soon...please realize that it's not like a commercial company who charge several hundred dollars for their proggies....alone.

I am sure you could get more & better info by joining the Mandrake Club.

Maybe call the better bussnes berou (sp).

Didn't they file for bankruptcy? Maybe they are having trouble filling orders because of it...
