How to install LINUX simply from a pendrive ?

Hello,

I have tried several distributions and making pendrive techniques. They simply are not allowing the installation of LINUX.

Is there something for well known distro, a pendrive install way?

I try to avoid puppy or DSL because they are remake of large one: such as slack or debian... so but those are not easy to install
