How to hide title-bar when window maximized? - Ubuntu Budgie

Can titlebar be hidden when window maximized in Ubuntu Budgie?
Thinking mostly because Firefox 57 does not have that feature in Linux yet.

(posted here since Distrowatch links a forum for Ubuntu Budgie here).
