Contact Red Hat support, but I doubt they'll even be able to assist, given the age of things. And why install RHEL 7, since it's old as well??
As suggested you should contact Red Hat but be aware that:
Red Hat does not support in place upgrades between major versions and recommends a fresh install.
Version 6 went EOL in 2020, if you have the version 6 installation CD you could enter linux upgradeany at the boot prompt but if anything goes wrong your on your own as far as I know even if you do have a Red Hat subscription.
Trying to do the same from 6 to 7 would probably fail since there were so many changes.
