Gentoo - unable to install from live installation CD

I have a gentoo livecd and when i'm trying to istall it it's trying to mount /dev/hdd (that dosen't exists on my PC) and when it's done trying it says :"Kernel panic: Attempted to kill init!".

I'd guess by this that you have 2 cd drives? Cause if you do, /dev/hdd is the second cd drive and its telling you the cd is bad...
