Gentoo, problem when "emergeing" libgpg-error

hi, i tried emerging gnome last nite before i went to sleep and when i woke up this morning i had an error. it stoped when emerging dev-libs/libgpg-error-1.0-r1. im not sure what this error is but i got amongst other error messages, "!!! Function src_compile, Line 26, Exitcode 2" it also says to post the topmost error but i cant see it though, sorry.

can anyone help? if anyone has any ideas i would really apricate it

Sorry, but that error message doesn't tell enough... The real error why the compiling stopped is a few lines above that error, but that propably won't help now... Try searching the gentoo.org forums with the package name - there are posts about most compiling errors.
