gentoo instillation error


when installing gentoo i get errors

cp: etc/rc.d: input/output error
cp: etc/env.d: input/output error
cd: ect/runlevels/nonetwork: input/output error
cd: etc/default: input/output error
cd: etc/bootsplash: input/output error

Any help.
More......
