Dual booting Peppermint OS 7 with Windows 10
Hi there,
I would like to dual boot Windows 10 with peppermint OS 7 when it boots up from the DVD i press enter on try peppermint from the disc it comes up with the loading screen for a while then an error message appears something like this:
[1.625536] radeon 0000:01:00.0: Invalid ROM contents
After this the screen just goes blank
Can someone tell me how can i get around this and install peppermint 7?

Welcome to LQ! It's a pity you've had to come with a problem, but that's what we're here for.
A quick look on the web shows that lots of people have your problem. You can get a driver for your radeon from here

It's difficult to be more helpful without knowing exactly which video device you have.

I installed it alongside Windows 10 on a separate hard drive so i have the choice between either operating system
