Look a little higher up in the output most likely you will see that a package failed trying to overwrite a file in another one. This is a packaging error and if you do not need the package that is causing the error remove it with dpkg -P package or if it a really important package you can dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/package.deb this is not really the best idea but sometimes you have no choice.
