Distro to Monitor multiple windows servers and accessible web dashboard

Hey guys

I was wondering if theirs a free distro that can do the following or maybe program on ubuntu or LX Mint

- Simplified installation
- Ability to monitor multiple servers CPU/RAM/HDD Usage
- Ability to notify if services go down, specific services/services under windows
- A Web based or windows client dashboard for monitoring from another pc

Any help would be appreciated

You do realize that any distribution with the right setup and tools configured can do these right ? Just use your favorite one.

- Simplified installation -> personal choice.
- Ability to monitor multiple servers CPU/RAM/HDD Usage -> Integrate with whatever monitoring tool you have on your 'servers'
- Ability to notify if services go down, specific services/services under windows -> same
- A Web based or windows client dashboard for monitoring from another pc -> same, if your monitoring tools support a UI.

The question is extremely open-ended.

Ah, apologies i should have been a little more detailed in what i'm planning. i'm studying for an exam right now and i'm using virtual machines

Basically i have an exchange server, AD Server, and a few DB servers, and i would like to find a tool on an extra Ubuntu box ( just a normal Ubuntu installation ) that could monitor the servers and specific settings on the servers/services. so i guess im more or less after a tool that has a nice GUI and the GUI is preferably web based so i can access it on all devices easily
