no i actually dont wanna use a pc with 64MB RAM, so no tinycore linux. found a pentium 4 (2.8GHz) with 1GB ram and built it. so now i can use pretty much every linux distro there is.

What, no P3 with 64MB RAM - those beasts are really uber fun to get working with Linux.

Your new rig will give you lots more choice for sure but give TinyCore and other minimalistic distros a go as it is good fun and a learning experience.
